pneumonia is very very serious. in people who have poor immune systems, children and old people, it can cause death. its an inflammation of the lung that causes chest pain, cough, fever and difficulty breathing. best way to get treatment is at a hospital and with antibiotics. its not something to take lightly at all.

Pneumonia is an illness that resembles a cold (an infection in the lungs) but is considerably more serious - it is not fatal in healthy adults, but can be very dangerous (sometimes fatal) in the young, elderly, sick and otherwise immune-compromised. It's very common, and "flu" is a form of pneumonia.

Pneumonia is when you get really sick and your whole body gets dehydrated. It also affects your lungs. It can be very serious because some people have died from it.
