Since cervical pressure is different for all women and everyone experiences pain on different levels, it is difficult to gauge a normal cervical pressure. It is normal for cervical pressure to cause you to stop short while walking and can be extremely painful for some. Check with your doctor.

It is normal to have some pressure with pregnancy on your cervix. The baby puts alot of weight on the cervix as the pregnancy progresses. Towards the end you will have much more pressure as the baby decends a bit into the birth canal and therefore will add more pressure.
