Very simply: get a professional. IF you do this in an improper way, there is a good chance the poor goat will bleed to death. The vet can make correct incisions and stitches along with anti-infection directions. Please, please, do not attempt to do this one yourself; it's also hard to hold the animal.

It depends on the age of the goat. If they are still young, find a breeder of goats in your area and they can probably band him for you. Once they are old, it is more painful for the goat but you might find a vet who can do it.

There are three different methods used for neutering male goats. Tradtional castration, cutting, and the simplest and most common, banding. Banding is done using a band castrator in which a rubber band like device is placed on the male goat's scrotum to cut off the flow of blood to this area. The male reproductive organs die and will fall off.

there are videos online that will show you how to do this in very detailed steps. there are also places where you can go where you may pay people to do this job. there are certain age limits to doing this, so you must make sure your goat is young enough before proceeding any farther
