The Honda CT90 is a tough car to adjust the clutch on. This is a two person job, don't attempt to do it yourself. You can remove the old clutch with an adjustable wrench. When positioning the new clutch, you'll need somebody sitting in the car to manually make sure it's not placed too tightly.

To adjust the clutch of a Honda CT90, all you need is a normal screwdriver and a hammer. Use the screwdriver to wedge off the plastic cover of the clutch's base with the hammer, and then adjust the wiring as needed. To replace it, the cover should snap right back on again.

your going to need to get a new clutch peddle first, hondas are made to be tampered with so it shouldnt be hard, next you have to cut away a peice in the dashboard frame so it will fit, it is a very delicate job to do so i suggest getting a profesional

When you take out the clutch on a Honda CT90 you must unbolt the transmission from the engine block, which is relatively simple to do. Then you must remove the flywheel or push it back from the clutch. Make sure you have the correct clutch adjustment tools before you do this job.

the remove clutch release bearing, you need a small Phillips bit in your impact driver. they're flat-headed and small. Save them, the release bearing off the side of the clutch.
