A commodity sales agreement is a document that stipulates the terms for transferring quantities of certain consumable products. The commodity must be identified( cotton, sugar etc) the price must be clearly stated, and the time element must be defined. The seller and the buyer must be positively identified and recorded on the agreement. No mention of bribes ,kickbacks or other sales inducements (dinners, shows, escorts) although common to these types of transactions need be included.
