Sometimes hypermobility syndrome may not require any treatment. Some of these problems may improve with adulthood. Proper exercises can improve the joint stability and relieve some of your problems.

Treatment is aimed at stabilizing the vertebrae, with exercise aimed at strengthening the muscles supporting the area. Protection and supportive devices may be used to help keep the vertebra aligned. Medication is frequently prescribed to assist with pain management and inflammation and the disorder is not thought to be progressive in nature.
