What is discoloration of the lips a sign of?

It could be a condition called Fordyce's Condition, which you must see a dermatologist for. It cannot be transmitted from one person to another. There is no treatment for it. But I think a dermatologist can help make the lips less white.

Usally this is a sign of a respitory or cardiac issue. If oxygen is not being exchanged properly it can turn the lips , tounge, or fingers and toes pale, purple, or blue.
