Peeling toes could be a result of a foot fungus of some sort. You should disinfect your shoes and try to keep your feet as clean and dry as possible.

You could be suffering from dry skin. Try moisturizing every night before you go to bed. Also, sometimes your skin might peel every once in a while for no reason--it's like a snake shedding its skin. Your body is sloughing off old skin and regenerating new. It's nothing to be concerned about, unless it's chronic.

Peeling toes could be a number of things, such as a foot fungus or an allergic reaction to a new medication. It could even be dry feet. I would try an over the counter athletes foot spray and if that doesn't work go to a podiatrist and he will give you something stronger.

Most likely your toes have come into contact with some sort of chemical or fungus that is irritating your skin. Wash them well, twice daily, and wear clean shoes.
