Aching in any joints can be a result many things, such as typing. Aching in finger joints is very common, but you'll need to see a doctor to be diagnosed.

The first matter is your age.The next is the type of work you are doing.Sometime rhumatic pain is also noticed.The too much of fat content food causes this pain.If you are above 45yrs, the joints loose its creasy stuff for easy movement and using the fingers in the same fashion,they get fatigue to cause pain.

Pain in finger joints is caused because of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Consult a doctor immediately...It should be diagnosed and treated at the right time or can damage the joints severely which leads to permanent disability.

1. You could have injured your hand, by holding something too tightly too long or hit them. 2. It could be a sign of carpal tunnel syndrome.
