NVQ means National Vocational Qualification and there are five levels. Level 3 is about equivalent to an A level and it offered as a more practical and hands-on alternative to the A level route.
NVQ3 stands for level 3 National Vocational Qualification awards. NVQs are rewarded based on the work done or achieved successfully on a vocational job. The are awarded in UK based on competency in a relevant job.
