Wolves can easily live in a variety of environments ranging from tundra to deserts to thick forests. All a wolf really needs is large enough prey to hunt as well as enough room to roam since their territories can be quite large. At one time wolves roamed everywhere except places like Africa or Australia.

Wolves can adapt to just about anywhere. Wolves like areas with trees and brush to hide amongst. Two things that are very important to a wolves survival is a water supply and a place for a den for shelter ad breeding.
