Baby shower centerpieces can be anything pretty, elegant, and pastel. One idea is to use a pillar candle inside a tall glass cylinder. Then, around the base of the candle's glass, set little baby booties (in pink, blue, or both, depending on the gender of the triplets.) This makes a cute and formal table centerpiece.

A unique centerpiece would probably be a small and cheap baby carrier. The carrier symbolizes what is on the way and what to be excited about.

One of the things I've seen at a baby shower was a cake made out of diapers. You could make three small diaper cakes (one for each child).
