Cake is always a great idea. See if you can get photos of the mom and dad of the baby and have them put on as a decoration. Aside from cake, you can do brownies, cookies that look like rattles or even a decorated bit cookie with "congrats" put on it.

You can give candy to all the people that go :D or you can make pigs in a blanket and draw a face on it with ketchup or mustard and it will be like a baby in a blanket :D
