A ponytail twist. In order to do this, you put your hair up into a high or low ponytail. Secure it with a hair tie. Then, split the ponytail in half above the hair tie so there is some open space. Take the hair below the tie and loop it through the open space. Tighten the hair.

I love the 70's hippie look when girls wore their hair straight with no bangs or layers or anything like that. I find it timeless and easy to do if your hair is naturally straight.

Straight hair will look good in any style! Try cutting a few layers, or cut bangs. You can also try side-bangs to make your hair seem to have more volume.

Well that question is kind of awkward. If you want really straight hair I would blow job first and the use a really good hair straighter and possibly some hair products and then straighten hair your as fancy as you like.
