What is a strict vs a loose interpretation of the Constitution?

Strict interpreters of the Constitution generally believe that Constitution should be taken literally. It shouldn't be interpreted or changed to fit the times. Loose interpreters believe that the Constitution is a living document and must be expanded and adapted to fit the times.

Strict means that you interpertat the constitution as it is written. Right to bear arms means no regulation on what you can carry or own. Loose means that there are rights or limits implied. Such as the right to privacy, for abortions.
