It's actually a shrub called Virbinum Opulus and varies in sizes, from 3 feet to 15 feet in size. The leaves themselves are dark green with pretty white flowers that bloom and compliment other colorful flowers. They do make a mess and the tree leaves go orange or reddish during the autumn.
