The best incline to lay your baby at that has acid reflux is 45 degrees. This aids in keeping reflux to a minimum. Some people also sleep there infant in bouncer chairs to keep the child at a proper incline. Some also use Bobby pillows in the infants crib to aid acid reflux.

Most parents will put them in a car seat to sleep to help reduce acid reflux, and there are some great products in the market to help with this as well.

I believe it is a 30 degree angle that is suggested to put your reflux baby in. They make so many different wedges and some even have safety harnesses now!

The safe incline is to raise the head of the baby bed about 3 inches. That way the baby is less likely to have reflux to come up.
