Eczema is something that I have. I use epsom salts in my bathwater and that really seems to help with the irritation.

Using moisturising creams and trying to prevent the skin from drying out is very helpful and relaxing if the sufferer is distressed by the condition.

Exsema can be treated with Jergens skin care lotion ( soothing kind) as well as the baby product Desitin, used mostly for diaper rash. try applying these at night before bed. The lower body temperature of the skin combined with the lotions will make for a more effective .
