Boston bull terriers are usually about knee high. They are about 15 inches high and around 10-20 pounds. They are usually pretty muscular. They were bred down from Eglish bulldogs for fighting so they are definetly smaller than an English bulldog. Puppies have big heads and often mommy dogs require c-sections.
