In simple terms it is an accident where the officer cannot determine who was at fault for the wreck or the police officer determines that the wreck could not have been avoided by any of the parties involded. Usually in the case of this type accident each drivers insurance would cover them.

A no faut auto accident is when you get in a accident and you have insurance that only cover the med vists and there car but it does not cover yours.

Well it sounds like a type of auto accident in which all of the parties involved had no hand in causing the accident or both share equal blame.
