What is a "humanistic perspective"?

Answer by  ihatetv (581)

Presumably, a humanistic perspective would be one which demonstrates a degree of humanism. Humanism is a way of thinking which exalts the human, rather than the divine. Human accomplishments and the human form itself is emphasized-- this was seen in a large part of ancient Greek culture.

This is a type of psychology that believes that humans are fundamentally good and looks for ways to help humans reach their full potential.
