Ventricular inversion is one of the dangerous heart disease. It is a critical condition in which ventricles of the heart are misplaced which means right ventricles will be on left side and left ventricles will be on the right side of the heart. It is the most congenital heart defect which may even lead to death if not treated properly.

The heart has four chambers. Namely the right atrium, right ventricle, left atrium, and left ventricle. The atrium is the upper chamber while the ventricle is the lower chamber. Thus, with this heart anomaly the right ventricle occupies the left side and the left ventricle occupies the right side.
