How can I tell the difference between an anxiety attack and heart problems?

Anxiety often feels like butterflies in the stomach or rapid breathing. Heart attacks often have a pain that shoots up to your lower jaw or out to your arm.

It is difficult differentiate between anxiety attack and heart attack because both cause discomfort and pain. Anxiety attack have rapid or irregular heart rate, while heart rate will change during heart attack. Heart attack causes severe pain in heart whereas Anxiety attack have no severe pain in heart.

See a Doctor immediately! Having a heart attack will damage your heart. Get a health check up! If it's just an anxiety attack they can treat it.
