Vitamins are a good supplement to get the things that we do not get from our foods. Certain vitamins such as vitamin A helps improve circulation. Improved circulation can help with some erectile dysfunction in me. Others vitamins that improve mood can help reduce stress and can help with impotence too. Other useful supplements include vitamins B, C, and zinc.

It has been shown that many who suffer from impotence are deficient in vitamin A so that is probably the best vitamin to start supplementing.

Although not a vitamin itself, lycopene, which is a flavonoid found in tomatoes, has been proven effective in treating impotence. Vitamines that prove effective are vitamin C and vitamin E, which for some unknown, are found in large concentrations in the prostate glands. A good mineral is zinc, which serves as a vascodillater.
