What is a good multivitamin for a middle age woman that has vitamin D deficiency?

I had some basic blood work performed and learned that my vitamin D is very low.

Centrum Ultra Women's vitamins contain 800 IU's of vitamin D in each one. That is approximately 400 IU's more than the average vitamin and also supplies extra iron and calcium.

I would say the MX Vitamin D. It's more better than multivitamin for that particular case. It contains 1000 IUs of vitamin D3 cholecalciferol which will replenish your body’s stores, nourish bones and immune system. Vitamin D deficiency is a serious condition that may be addressed through taking this supplement.

It is better to buy a quality Vitamin D3 supplement rather than rely on a multivitamin. Take the D3 in conjunction with your multivitamin along with a meal. Most multivitamins are low quality and not the correct ratios of vitamins and minerals so please don't expect that to solve your deficiency. Be careful, Vitamin D levels must be monitored.
