What is a good stress reduction technique?

Try to adopt relaxation strategies to cope with stress. Meditation or Yoga are excellent ways to take your mind of current problems. Other activities such as getting a massage or listening to music can also reduce your stress levels. Set some time during your day where you can focus on yourself and relax.

Take up a hobby: Studies show that people with hobbies have almost 50% less stress than those without. Spend about 5 minutes taking a walk: Stop what you're doing and take a walk without thinking about what is stressing you out. Call someone dear to you: Take a small break and talk to someone you care about.
