Well, I am guessing that you want to do the repair yourself. If this is the case, you can go to any home hardware store and purchase a self help book. I would go to home depot and get a do it your self book. It is very great and thorough.

Your best bet is to consult your locally owned hardware store. It is very likely that they will be assist you with any repairs or the necessary replacement parts. Also, the larger chain stores should be able to identify and offer solutions for any problems you may have. However, their most likely solution will be to purchase a new chainsaw.

A small motor shop that specializes in lawn mowers can generally repairs other lawn equipment. Any shop that sharpens a blade also might be able to repair any chainsaw blades and machines.
