What is a good humidifier to use for dogs?

You can cure your dogs congestion that next time you take a shower. Close the windows and turn the temperature up so it is nice and steamy. Take your pooch into the bathroom with you. If he is anxious give him a treat. While you shower, your dog will breath in the humidified air.

The same non-chemical humidifiers used for humans work well for dogs - they all humidify the air so you don't need special equipment for the dog in this case. Also make sure he has plenty of fresh drinking water available to him at all times.

dry skin is pretty common problem in dogs.using a lanoline or aloe based doggie shampoo will often help if used over time.because the dry skin is often related to the dogs environment(in the house) getting a humidifier will help as well.and because these dry skin dogs are often itchy,for some icthes bathing in in backing soda will help.

You can find a good humidifier at Walmart for about $30.00 and they really do work well. I have one for my daughter and it says great for pets.

You want something that blows gently into the room, something that does not blow into their face. If your house is to dry you can also benefit from it.

All humidifiers tend to do exactly the same thing. For a dog you probably want one that is resistant and depending on whether you want it indoors or in your garage you want to check that it doesn't generate too much humidity and wet your whole house.

You can use a regular non chemical humidifier for your dog. It is safe to use as you would for your family.
