What is a good Halloween movie for young kids?

It is important to keep Halloween a fun, child-friendly holiday. Good movies for young children would be The Nightmare Before Christmas (my favourite!), Beetlejuice, The Corpse Bride, The Haunted Mansion, Casper, Hocus Pocus, The Harry Potter collection, Halloweentown (version one and two) and any of the R.L. Stine's Goosebumps DVDs.

Cannot go past Hocus Pocus, this movie is such a great kids movie about the sanderson sisters who are 3 witches sentenced to death in Salem and return 300 years later wanting to become immortal by breathing in the essence of children. it is a great Halloween movie

For young children a good idea is any of Caper's movies. They were made specially for young audience, with nice characters even if they are monsters and have values like friendship.

I found that Hocus Pocus was a very cute movie and very good for halloween. The movie has alot of well known stars in it like Bette Midler and so on it is a fun movie to watch for Halloween.
