The most basic is: mix 2 cups masa harina, 1 cup warm water, and a pinch of salt into a dough and knead a few minutes. Cover with saran wrap and let sit about an hour before pinching off balls of dough to flatten into rounds. Deep fry and enjoy!

Mix together 2 1/2 cups flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt. Add 1 tbsp. shortening then add 1 cup milk. Roll out to 6" tortillas and fry.

2 C masa, 1 C warm water, knead 4 mins, cover and let rest 1 hour, divide into 12 balls. roll out and shape, fry and fill.
