Class C felonies are quite serious and include kidnapping, robbery, arson, vehicular homicide while driving drunk, sexual assault in the second degree and multiple cases of driving under the influence, usually five or more. These crimes come with fines of up to $100,000 and imprisonment of up to 40 years.
