Chansey is the English name of a recurring character in the television and video game series Pokemon. It is shaped like a large, pink egg and has a belly pouch it stores actual eggs in. Traditionally it is depicted as a nurse's aide in hospitals and clinics, wearing a nurse's cap.

I can only assume you are referring to the cute litle Pokemon character that is pink and appears to have an egg in his front pouch at all times. The current lore states that Chancey can only evolve with max happiness, though I am at a loss to know or even care what Chancey may evolve into.

A Chansey is a large, pink Pokemon with an egg in a pouch on its belly. They are often used as nurses in Pokemon Hospitals and are almost always seen in the company of a Nurse Joy.
