Finding a pill in your son's dresser must be very stressful. First talk to your son about it and about the dangers of taking medications not prescribed or illegal drugs. You could take the pill to your pharmacist to have it identified if your son will not cooperate. Illegal drugs may need to reported to police by the pharmacist.

That is Acetaminophen-hydrocodone bitartrate , It is a pain pill that is often abused. I have a prescription for this, and have had people ask to buy some from me. Its a very danger drug in the wrong hands.
