Yes it is when you give birth in a tub. Sometimes people give birth at home in their own tubs. Usually people do not turn on the water or anything it is just easy clean up if you are doing a home birth. Most birthing centers have tubs where you can give birth.

A birth bath is not a conventional bath tub. It is more similar to a hot tub. It is also located in a medical facility and has medical equipment nearby.

Yeah, I think it's usually with a midwife and no drugs. You give birth to baby in a big tub of water.
