These kinds of cribs are very common. They are very economical because they convert to multiple types of beds. Usually cribs will convert into a toddler bed and then into a full size bed. Sometimes they can convert into a toddler bed with rails or a day bed or you can even use it as just a headboard.

Yes, it can change from a crib to a toddler bed, to a day bed to a full sized bed and with a headboard and footboard as well. It's worth getting because it has so many uses long-term.

i would think 5 in 1 crib is crib for baby you can use in 5 different positions,from being baby to adult...i've seen some at babies'r us and they are really cool...parents don't have to worry about new stuff every few years,this one can bee used,and i recommend it highly...

It is similar to a pack - and - play. It converts from a crib into a changing table and other things.
