Detail your past work as a PA. If you haven't any, create a functional resume that focuses on your abilities, rather than past employers. List the qualities that make you a good candidate and follow with examples of how you have used those qualities.

For a resume in favor of production assistance you need to have a good first degree in production. This would show that you have a first hand knowledge in the job you are applying for. And also an experience to complement your resume for the position.
