What if I am doing wrong if my zucchini bread always has an undercooked middle?

I can not seem to cook my zucchini bread.

The reason why your zucchini bread may be undercooked is that you are filling the batter to high in the pan. If you fill the pan to high it will become uneven and undercooked when you are done baking.

If you used a glass baking dish, the problem may be that it caused the outside to brown too quickly. Another common cause is not baking it long enough. I suggest you insert a toothpick or butter knife in the center before removing it from the oven. Best of Luck!

You may be using too much egg. Or you could be cooking it at too low of a temperature or for too little time in the oven. Try looking for a new recipe to compare to your current one and tweak the process to get a better bread for the next one.
