No, they do not. If they came to this country illegally they will not be able to get a green card under current law, regardless of marital or parental status.

No they do not. It depends on each individual case as to how long it takes for them to be US citizens. A case worker will review the circumstances surrounding the union and make a determination as to whether the marriage is legitimate. It can take anywhere from a few months to several years to complete the process.

My friend said that they changed the law. if he wants to get married that he has to go back to mexico for 5 or 10 yrs for punishment for coming to cali illegal n that he will get he's papers sent to mexico and he can come back...
