What foods aggravate gout?

Foods that are high purine, alcohol, caffeine, asparagus, mushrooms, cauliflower, meats other than chicken or some beef can aggravate gout, sweetbread, etc. If you have gout, you should talk to your doctor to make sure that you are on a diet that will fit your nutrition needs. Also make sure to exercise.

gout is caused by deposition and crystalisation of uric acid in joints.breakdown of food rich in purines causes gout,such as meat,seafood,beans,pulses,kidneys,liver,pork,yeast.
