Eating foods that are high in fiber help to make sure you have healthy bowels. These foods include prunes, bananas, carrots, whole wheat pasta, celery, green beans, cauliflower, and tomatoes.

Fiber is important to help keep things clean. Aloe is also good, you can find it pre-prepared in most health food stores, or you can get the whole leaf and scrape out the clear inside, blend with some agave nectar and cranberry juice and viola! Yogurt and things with active cultures are good too.
