It depends on whether you mean Chiese people in China or Chinese-Americans. Most of the Chinese in China are Buddhists and some are Christians. More Chinese-Americans are Christians than Buddhists with most belonging to the Roman Catholic Church.China is a Communist country so most of it's people don't know about God. There are about 300 million Chinese Buddhists.

Because China is currently under a Communist regime, any religion is forbidden. The two main religions were Taoist and Buddhism, the first one is based on the balance of nature and has inspired the traditional Chinese medicine.
