Artichoke pasta is easy. Make some pasta, then separately fry garlic & onion in oil. Add basil, walnuts, artichoke & olives. Mix it together with lemon juice & you're done!

You should make some of those aluminum foil wrapped suppers. Put your seasoned hamburger patty in the aluminum foil with onion slices on it. Then you slice up a potato and put it on top of that with some salt and butter. You then bake at 375 degrees for an hour.

If you like beef and potatoes, try this: 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, about 6 medium sized baking potatoes, peeled and sliced in thin slices. Layer potatoes at bottom of baking dish. "crumble" layer of beef over potatoes. Cover beef with more potatoes. Take about two cans beef consume, pour over contents. Cover with foil, bake at 375 for hour.

Take whole (bone-in) chicken breasts, rinse them and pat dry, and place them in a lightly oiled baking dish. Open a can of cream of chicken (or mushroom) soup, and spread it evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, until juices run clear.

Preheat a thermos with boiling water, add boiling hot tomato juice cocktail and some rice, shake, and leave. Wait a half hour and you'll have tomato soup with rice or tomato rice pilaf. Crack an egg in there, shake again, and wait five minutes for the egg to cook.

I love to make cheese and chicken quesadillas when I need a quick and easy dinner. Another quick dinner is hamburger helper - and it's inexpensive to make, too (and only takes a few ingredients). You could try to get a rotisserie chicken from your local supermarket and whip up some potatoes or rice and a green salad.
