What does this mean: Healthy Sleep = Happy Baby?

How can you sleep "unhealthy"?

Sure. You could eat before you go to bed and have night mares. Sleeping on the floor, bad pillow, bad mattress. Alchol plays a big part, because you probably end up snooring. If you have snooring problems this could cause lack of oxygen and you stop breathing during the night. You need a good 7 to 8 hrs of sleep.

What is probably meant is sleep without interruptions. A teething baby or one with colic probably isn't sleeping very well.

Healthy sleep just means good sleep. If a baby is tossing and turning and crying all night, they'll probably be misreable in the morning.
