What are healthy sleep habits?

I think they will lead to a healthy child.

You can get a deeper sleep by not eating anything two hours before you go to bed and exercise. When you exercise you wear your body out so then when you want to sleep you're actually tired. Supposedly you can reach a deeper level of sleep when you exercise.

Make sure that your child gets at least a full eight hours of sleep each night. Make sure that sleep isn't disturbed.
