It is much better than the standard American diet. But it doesn't offer enough fresh fruits and vegetables. It contains lots of animal products. You need to eat lots of fresh fruits for healthy skin.
Though it is a good diet it is non vegetarian one and contains a lot of fat. But the best way to prevent aging ,exercise and eat fruits and vegetables.
If you mean a meat-filled diet, I would avoid it. Too much saturated fat is bad for skin and causes heart problems. The best diet for skin and aging is a vegan one.
I have heard of this diet. i.t is supposed to help draw out the impurities, with cleansing. I know with after any diet you are supposed to look younger.
