Result of the program trying to process some invalid number or value, example a function that only accepts values in a range and you are giving it an out of range.

This very much depends on the program you are running. However, in general this means someone probably made a programming error: A certain part of a programing is being executed but it is given the wrong data as input; it cannot do anything with the input. In any case I would suggest to contact the developer of the program.
