"Kiss my face" is not necessarily derogatory, but it certainly is rude. It's a euphamism for "kiss my butt" or something even ruder, of the sort where someone starts saying the ruder version and then switches midstream. Other examples of such midstream euphemisms include "For crying out loud" and "fudge".
