What does Jirachi look like in Pokemon?

It looks like a star-shaped head, white skin pokemon with japanese charms hanging on each point of the star. It has a little of a Togepi and a bit of a Celebi, but his eyes are black dots.

She is a cute yellow and white pokemon with a three-pointed star acting as her hat. On each point of the star sticks a talisman-like blank paper that lights up when she activates her power. On her back, just below the star, is a pair of wings/tails. She also has a smiley-shaped marking on her belly.
