That probably means that your not pregnant. However you very could have a baby in your tubes, they sometimes don't make it to the right area.

Either your pregnancy is in the very early stages, or it would seem that you are not really pregnant. Either that or the baby is hidden under something else. I would consult my doctor immediately to see what is going on, for I have never heard of this happening before.

Often in the first 7 weeks of pregnancy, the baby is too small to be seen in ultrasound. If it is later than 7 weeks, it could be a chemical pregnancy, in which case there is a sac, but never was a baby, or a miscarraige.

Just because you see no fetus in an Ultrasound, do not get alarmed. If you went to check your ultrasound within the first 10-12 weeks there is a small chance that you will not see anything yet. Most doctors advise that you get your first ultrasound at week 12.

If no fetus is detected on an ultrasound, it could mean you have either had a miscarriage or are having a chemical pregnancy. A chemical pregnancy is basically the result of an egg becoming fertilized but not implanting, where a regular miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy after the zygote has implanted in the uterine wall.

It could mean that it was too small to see or it could mean you're not pregnant or you have miscarried.
