What does it mean if I have tingly nerves?

It probably means that the circulation is poor to that area. Like when your leg falls asleep for instance, you will experience that tingly feeling if it has been still for quite awhile or if you have been sitting on it. You will cut off the circulation.

There are tons of things that can cause a nerve to tingle. Frequent tingling can be caused by something serious such as a nervous disorder. A pinch nerve or injury to a nerve can cause it to tingle as well. Some Illnesses and strokes can cause nerves to tingle too.

Tingly nerves could well mean you have the early onset of MS. You should really get this checked out by your family doctor as early diagnosis is the key to treatment.

If you have not sufficent intake of calcium in your food it may causes the symptoms of tingly nerves. It control the flexibility of arms and legs.
